We want you to love your Slip® silk products; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, products that have been used or washed cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and postal code to start your return or exchange process.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure the item is in its original, unopened packaging and securely place it in a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
